Ecologies: Artistic Short Films and Discussion

Two short films, Portugal and Brazil, 2019, 26' resp. 2017, 28’; Language: Portuguese, English subtitles

A Mordida (The Bite) / Semente Exterminadora (Exterminator Seed)

In collaboration with multimedia artists Lourenço Soares and Paulo Wirz, two short films will be screened that focus on the very anthropological topic of “ecologies”. These films will show a range of approaches that can serve as inspiration for dialogue between disciplines and a development of a better ecological understanding. The screening of these thought-provoking films will be followed by a discussion with and an exchange between the multimedia artists and the audience.
