Sihlwald Nature Discovery Park is a rare example of a vast, primeval forest that once existed almost all
over Central Europe. Spanning around 11 km2, this natural woodland offers a striking forest wilderness, which is unique in Europe. In the core zone, visitors
must stay on the paths; nature has right of way here.

In the Sihlwald Visitor Center and at the Wilderness Park Shop in Langenberg you can obtain helpful information for your trip into the wilderness. The Sihlwald Visitor Center houses the Nature Museum,
where you will discover how the Sihlwald was used in the past and how it is evolving into a natural forest today.
