The exhibition highlights the power of visual communication. Historical posters and objects illustrate how graphic design evokes desire, cements stereotypes and shapes identities – for example, through gender roles, ‘Swissness’ and racist motifs. The second part explores the creative processes behind posters, logos and typography. Interactive stations invite visitors to get involved and shed light on the social relevance of graphic design.
