How do we understand and represent communities and societies? This year’s studiyo filipino symposium explores food and linguistic practices in the Philippines and its diasporas. Which dishes and languages are seen as typically “Filipino”, why and what are the consequences of these representations? A whole day gathering with talks, discussions, workshops and shared meals.

In English; registration is required.
