Clare Goodwin, Ceramic Whispers Conversation, 2021

This year's group exhibition at the Hermann Haller studio, entitled "Abstrakt gedacht", situates the historical work of the Swiss sculptor Hermann Haller in the context of contemporary positions that move in the field of tension between figuration and abstraction. In addition to numerous sculptures by Hermann Haller, the exhibition brings together works by Kyra Tabea Balderer, Clare Goodwin, Sonia Kacem, Sabine Schlatter and Shannon Zwicker. Haller's female figures enter into dialogue with abstract artworks based on representational approaches and shed new light on the sculptor's figurative work.
